We hired CGP Agency to do a re-brand of our real estate brokerage and then stay on to help with social media postings and designing day to day graphics. At first, we had a great experience. Later, it became difficult for CGP to understand our needs as a small business. Design work was regularly more expensive than agreed upon. Finally we had to cut ties, but the most upsetting part is that Carlos would not turn over any of our design files or the branding material we paid thousands of dollars to have them create. If you work with CGP I highly recommend you back up all of the files on a separate drive because when your relationship ends you will never receive them.
